Hong Kong Law Journal publishes authoritative scholarly articles on all dimensions of law that are of comparative or international significance. Founded in 1971, it is a peer-reviewed general academic law journal, published in association with the Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong, that is open to a wide variety of methodological traditions and submissions from all over the world.
The Journal enjoys a wide circulation throughout the common law world. It is available online on a current, full text basis on Westlaw. It is indexed by Scopus, the Social Sciences Citation Index, Current Contents/Social & Behavioral Sciences, and the Index to Legal Periodicals and Books Full Text. It is abstracted on the Social Science Research Network, and is available in a full text version on a delayed (one-year) basis on Hein Online and the HKU HUB (selected articles only).
